If you're unable to receive the BingX SMS verification code, we recommend following the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Turn off and restart your phone
If your mobile phone has not been turned off for an extended period, you may not be able to receive text messages. Please try to turn off and restart your phone to see if you can get the verification code.
2. Clean up your SMS inbox
Check if the SMS inbox of your phone is full, and if so, delete some text messages to free up some space for receiving new verification codes.
3. Adjust the SIM card slot
If you are using a dual SIM phone, try swapping the SIM card slots.
4. Use another device
If none of the above methods solve the issue, try inserting the SIM card into another phone to see if you can receive the messages.
5. Contact customer support or change the security settings
If the problem persists, here's what you can do:
1) Contact BingX online support for assistance, who will switch the SMS verification code delivery channel for you. After the switch, please try again to get the verification code.
2) Click "Unavailable verification options?" on the page where the SMS code is required, and select the phone number you have linked to your account. Then, follow the instructions on the page to disable SMS verification or change your phone number. Alternatively, you can contact our online support for assistance with this setup.
Note: To ensure the security of your account and assets, withdrawals can only be made 24 hours after changing your phone number.
