1. Lock Account

This feature allows you to temporarily disable your account. To unlock it later, simply send an email to support@bingx.com from your registered email address, or contact our online customer support directly. Please provide a detailed description of your needs, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Locking your account will result in the following restrictions:
(1) All withdrawal and security verification requests will be suspended.
(2) You will not be able to log into or trade on the platform.

If you do need to lock your account, please click Lock Account.
 
2. Delete Account

This feature allows you to permanently remove an account that you no longer use. Please note that account deletion is irreversible, so proceed with caution.

Deleting your account will result in the following restrictions:
(1) You will not be able to log into the account.
(2) All personal information and assets in the account cannot be recovered.
(3) You will not be able to use the same phone number or email associated with this account to register a new account or link it to another account.

If you do need to delete your account, please click Delete Account.
Once we receive your Apply for Deletion request and confirm that the information you provided is complete and accurate, we will delete your account within 1 to 5 business days. After your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to use it for registration, login, or trading purposes.
 
To avoid any potential loss of assets, please be sure to withdraw all funds and close any open orders before locking or deleting your account. Please proceed with caution. For any questions, please feel free to contact BingX online support.
