FAQ

Q1: What is natural VIP?
Natural VIP refers to a VIP tier automatically assigned by the system based on a user's actual trading volume, as distinct from VIP status obtained through a whitelist invitation or a trial pass.

Q2: Which losses are eligible for the event subsidy?
Eligible losses must come from futures trading conducted using users' own funds (not vouchers). The order must be opened after the event starts, closed during the event period, and result in a real loss after closing.

Q3: What are the conditions for claiming the event subsidy?
You must still be a natural VIP user when the event ends. If you have been downgraded to non-VIP status when the event ends, you will not receive the reward. If the downgrade occurs after the event ends, you can still receive the reward as normal.

Q4: Can losses from orders opened before the event starts, but closed during the event period, be counted?
No. This event only counts futures orders opened after the event start time. Losses from orders opened before the event starts are not included in the subsidy calculation, even if closed during the event period.

Q5: Can losses from orders opened during the event period, but closed after the event ends, be counted?
No. This event only counts futures orders closed during the event period. Even if an order was opened during the event period, if its close time is later than the event end time, the resulting loss will not be included in the subsidy calculation.

Q6: When can I view and claim my subsidy amount for this event?

After the event ends, the platform will complete reward calculation and distribution within 10 business days, no later than 2026-11-20 23:59, to your account.

Once the reward arrives, you can view and use it in [My Vouchers]. Note that the Bonus Voucher and Trial Fund are valid for 7 days. They will automatically expire and will not be reissued after that, so use them in time.

Q7: What are the rewards, and do they have a validity period?

This event's rewards are Bonus Vouchers and Trial Funds.

The Bonus Voucher can be used with a maximum leverage of 5x, is valid for 7 days, and is paid out the next day.

The Futures Trial Fund is paid out based on the highest tier corresponding to your cumulative loss amount during the event. Each user receives only once, with no stacking. It has a 50% offset ratio and is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. It will automatically expire after that and will not be reissued.
