The funds aim for three times the daily return of their reference assets, which puts them outside Cboe BZX’s standard listing criteria and requires specific SEC approval. The filing would broaden leveraged crypto exchange-traded products beyond existing lower-multiple structures and also includes products tied to gold and silver futures.
