A: The subscription limit refers to the maximum amount that users can subscribe during the Launchpad subscription stage. The amount is denoted in USDT. The subscription limit is divided into "base amount" and "referral bonus".

A: The "base amount" is the amount available for subscription, determined by your average daily asset holdings during the Launchpad's "Boost" stage. All assets will be converted to USDT equivalent for calculation. During the subscription limit boosting stage, deposit assets into the designated accounts to optimize your asset snapshot result.

Q: Which accounts will be subject to the asset snapshot?

A: The scope of the asset snapshot includes the Fund Account, Perpetual Futures Account, Standard Futures Account and Wealth Account. Other accounts will not be included in the snapshot.

Q: What is the "referral bonus", and how can I obtain it?

A: The "referral bonus" is the extra amount for subscription that you earn by making valid referrals during the Launchpad event. You'll receive "referral bonus" for each valid referee (new user) you invite before the subscription begins.

Q: What is a "valid referee"?

A: A "valid referee" is a new user you invite to BingX and who completes either "spot trading volume of ≥ 100 USDT" or "futures trading volume of ≥ 2,000 USDT" before the Launchpad subscription begins. Please note that tasks completed multiple times by the same new user will only be counted once.

Q: During the snapshot stage, I used the assets from the Fund Account/Perpetual Futures Account/Standard Futures Account to place a limit order, which has not yet been filled. Will these assets still be included in the snapshot?

A: Yes, pending limit orders will still be included in the asset snapshot.

Q: If I subscribe to a Launchpad project on BingX, am I guaranteed to receive the project tokens?

A: The platform calculates a user's lottery amount using the formula (tokens allocated to you = user's subscribed USDT amount ÷ total USDT subscribed by all users × project quota on Launchpad). To prevent monopolization and ensure fair distribution, an "individual winning limit" is also imposed. Additionally, the minimum distribution amount is 1 token. If your allocated token is less than 1 token, the system will not distribute the token or deduct the USDT you used for the subscription.

Q: What are the restrictions on the invested USDT during the subscription stage?

A: The invested USDT will be temporarily frozen by the system and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, traded, or used as margin.

Q: Can I subscribe multiple times?

A: Yes. If you haven't reached your subscription limit, you can subscribe multiple times until your "subscription limit" is reached.

Q: Can I cancel the subscription orders during the subscription stage?

A: No. Subscription orders submitted by users during the subscription stage cannot be canceled. Therefore, please operate with caution.

A: The remaining USDT that didn't win the lottery will be returned to your Fund Account automatically.
