1. What is Signal Trading and how does it work between two platforms?
BingX Signal Trading can receive signals from external platforms like TradingView and automatically execute trades.
(1) The trading instruction that you create on BingX is used to match your specific trading signal strategy on TradingView.
(2) When creating a strategy alert in TradingView (including opening and closing positions), fill in the trading instructions generated in the previous step.
(3) Start receiving signals from TradingView and automatically executing trades on BingX.

2. Can I delete or change the trading instruction that I have created?
No. Deletion or modification is not supported after instructions are created.

3. Previously, the receipt of third-party signals via API connection was only available for Standard Futures. Is Signal Trading only available for Perpetual Futures?
Signal Trading only supports Perpetual Futures.

4. Can Signal Trading instructions be created on the BingX App?
No, Signal Trading instructions can only be created on the web.

5. Does Signal Trading currently support trailing-stop orders?
Signal Trading currently does not support trailing-stop orders. It only allows setting a take-profit and/or stop-loss ratio.

6. What is Webhook URL used for? If the Webhook URL of User A's account is leaked to User B, can User B use it to open User A's order?
Webhook URL is a like "secret code" for the connection between the BingX platform and the TradingView platform. It is fixed and non-specific, and only the instruction code for opening and closing positions is unique, so there is no need to worry about the Webhook URL being leaked. It is recommended to keep your instruction code safe.

7. Are all trading pairs in BingX Perpetual Futures supported?
Yes.

8. What are the reasons that trading instructions fail to execute?
Possible reasons are as follows:
(1) The fund in the BingX Perpetual Futures account is insufficient.
(2) The market movement does not trigger the instruction.
(3) The Strategy Alerts you set on TradingView was not successful.
(4) After creating instructions, you adjusted the leverage amount or isolated/cross-margin parameters in the Perpetual Futures trading settings, which conflicted with the parameters you set.
(5) The strategy alert on TradingView was set to trigger only once.

9. Can I set up both long and short trading directions in a single instruction?
You can create two separate instructions for long and short directions.
