BingX has always been committed to creating a healthy and fair trading environment for our users.
Due to the nature of stocks and commodities in BingX Standard Futures, BingX has restricted opening both long and short positions for the trading pairs under these categories near market closing time. That is, a single user cannot hold long and short positions for the same pair at the same time. This is to ensure trading fairness in the market. The restriction time for stocks is 09:30 ~ 11:00 and 15:00 ~ 16:00 (UTC-4). For other assets, it will be determined based on their market closing time. The opening of both long and short positions will not be affected outside of the restriction time.
If a user is found to circumvent platform rules and open both long and short positions using multiple accounts, BingX will regard this as a violation and has the right to restrict such malicious accounts and recover their illegal gains.
