Dear Users,

BingX will support the token swap of Polygon (MATIC) to Polygon (POL). The MATIC tokens will be swapped for POL tokens at a 1:1 ratio. Details are as follows:

  • BingX will suspend and delist MATIC from Spot Trading and other related service on 2024-09-06 at 03:00 (UTC). All pending orders will be automatically canceled at the same time.
  • BingX will suspend deposits and withdrawals for MATIC on 2024-09-06 at 02:30 (UTC). Please ensure that you leave sufficient time for your MATIC deposits to be fully processed prior to this time.
  • Fixed term and flexible term Wealth subscriptions of MATIC will be automatically redeemed to users' Fund Account on 2024-09-09 at 02:00 (UTC). Interest will be calculated and issued on the redemption date. No action is needed on your part.
  • BingX will swap the MATIC tokens to POL tokens in users' Futures Account (including Coin-M Standard Futures and Standard Futures) and credit them into their Fund Account by 2024-09-25 at 10:00 (UTC).
  • BingX will swap the tokens for MATIC holders, so you will not need to convert your holdings manually.
    • Please note that MATIC tokens will not be available for trading, deposits or withdrawals during the token swap period.

Important Notes:

  • After the swap and rebranding, BingX will no longer support deposits for the MATIC tokens. Please avoid depositing MATIC after the swap to prevent loss of assets.
  • BingX will assist MATIC holders in handling any related technical issue that may arise.
  • Polygon (POL) Spot Trading is now available. For details, please refer to the listing announcement.
