Dear Users,

BingX will support the Realio Network (RIO) contract upgrade. The old RIO tokens will be swapped for new RIO tokens at a 1:1 ratio. Details are as follows:

  • BingX has suspended deposits and withdrawals of RIO. Per the project team's requirement, only user's RIO token holdings as of 2024-10-30 at 10:00 (UTC) will be eligible for the token swap. Any old RIO tokens deposited after this time will not be credited or swapped.
    • Spot trading of RIO will not be affected during the contract upgrade.
  • New RIO contract address: https://etherscan.io/token/0x94a8b4EE5CD64C79D0Ee816f467EA73009f51aA0
    • Once the contract address upgrade is completed, deposits and withdrawals for the new RIO token will be opened immediately without further notice.

Notes:

  • BingX will provide the token swap services for eligible token holders that meet the snapshot requirement. Users will not need to convert their holdings manually.
  • After the token swap, BingX will no longer support deposit service for the old RIO tokens. Please avoid depositing any old RIO tokens after the token swap to prevent loss of assets.
