BingX will support the NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP) token merge to Threshold Network Token (T).

Please find the details are as follows:

• BingX Spot will suspend NU/USDT and KEEP/USDT on 13:00 2022-02-15 (UTC+8).
• At 14:00 2022-02-15 (UTC+8), BingX will cancel all pending orders, suspend withdrawal and deposit services, and delist NU/USDT and KEEP/USDT trading pairs (Users will be able to find their assets in the fund account).
• BingX will collate all NU and KEEP balances and begin the distribution of T to all eligible users at a ratio of 1 NU = 3.26 T and 1 KEEP = 4.78 T. 
• BingX Spot will open trading for T/USDT on 16:00 2022-02-25 (UTC+8). The withdrawal and deposit service will be available from 18:00 2022-02-25 (UTC+8). The actual product recovery time shall prevail.

Notes:

• The token merge may be dilutive to either NuCypher (NU) or Keep Network (KEEP) token holders depending on the relative price of both tokens.
• Deposits of NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP) that come in after 14:00 2022-02-15 (UTC) will not be credited.
• Please be assured that your NU and KEEP assets can be found in your fund account after NU and KEEP spot trading pairs are delisted.
• Distribution of T will be completed before 16:00 2022-02-25 (UTC+8)
