From 2022-03-18 11:22 to 2022-03-19 11:00 (UTC+8), the current tick size (minimum change in the unit price) for contract trading pairs is inaccurate, which caused the following situations for CopyTrade's users:
 
  • There is a significant deviation in the opening and closing prices between the trader and follower.
  • There is a significant deviation in the closing profit rate between the trader and follower.
We have resolved the issue immediately. The system will automatically collate and compensate for all users' losses due to the system issue.
