Regarding the issue that Google's recently updated Android System WebView component causes crashes in Android Apps, you can try to solve it by uninstalling the component.

The specific steps are as follows.

Go to the [My apps and games] page, swipe left into the [ Installed ] tab;

Scroll down to find the [Android System WebView] updated from the Play Store; 

Click [Uninstall] and confirm in the pop-up prompt.

If the above operation fails to restore the normal use of the Android system, you can try the following steps.

Go to System Settings > Apps & Notifications > View All Apps > Find Android System WebView > Click the overflow menu in the upright corner > Uninstall updates > Confirm.

Notes: The instructions are based on Android 11 on Pixel phone (Google phone); the operation path should be similar to other OS versions and OEM devices.
