Nasdaq files SEC rule change to update and extend non-displayed liquidity credit tier
On April 3, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission published a notice that a Nasdaq-proposed rule change to its transaction fee schedule was immediately effective. Linux Foundation forms x402 Foundation, takes Coinbase x402 protocol for HTTP payments
