If your trading volume progress bar does not display, it may be due to a buffering period in the system's tracking of trading volume. We recommend the following solutions: 1. Make a contract trade of any amount, and the system will automatically update and display your total trading volume for the event period within approximately 10 minutes. 2. If no contract trade is made, the system will still track your trading volume, but the update may take slightly longer than Solution 1, with your total trading volume for the event appearing within around 24 hours. Note: If neither Solution 1 nor Solution 2 resolves the issue, please contact customer support or your community manager, and we will address it as soon as possible. Event time: 2025-07-26 00:00 to 2025-08-25 23:59:59 (UTC+8) This event is limited to invited users. Trading volume will only be calculated for Standard Futures and Perpetual Futures. Only Futures positions held for more than 5 minute will count towards the trading statistics for this event.There may be slight delays in the futures trading volume statistics for the event as they are not updated in real-time. Both USDT-M Standard Futures and USDT-M Perpetual Futures trades will be included in this event (with Perpetual Futures also including Coin-M Futures trades). The event supports statistics for sub-account trading volumes. The volume of standard futures will be counted only when closing a position during the event. Each user can only get the reward once based on the highest trading volume during the activity period. Rewards will be distributed according to the final ranking within 7 working days after the end of the event. Physical prizes can be distributed in equivalent USDT value: Apple Watch Series 10 Aluminum($399), iPad Pro($999), IPhone16 Pro Max 512G($1500), Apple MacBook Pro M4($2500). BingX reserves the right to convert physical prizes into USDT for distribution. Any users involved in unfair activities, such as using multiple accounts (same IP addresses, device, or KYC), will be removed from the event.
