Revenue rose 4% year on year to ₹3,247.47 crore. Commodity and freight inflation weighed on margins.

Consolidated EBITDA rose to ₹1.1 billion in Q2FY27 from ₹621 million YoY. EBITDA margin expanded to 5.30% from 3.95% in the previous year. Revenue from operations grew 32.9% YoY to ₹20,870.75 million. Net profit increased 66% YoY to ₹607.42 million.

Net profit rose 62% YoY to ₹479.53 million in Q2FY27. Revenue from operations jumped 85% YoY to ₹13,196.54 million. Board approved ₹1,850 million capex for Phase-3 capacity expansion. Trade receivables increased significantly to ₹5,864.06 million from March-end levels. Operating cash flow turned positive at ₹425.71 million for H1FY27.

Premier Energies reported a 43.3% year-on-year increase in revenue to ₹26.32 billion. Its board approved ₹59.4 billion for a 10GW ingot and wafer plant.

Diffusion Engineers reported standalone net profit of ₹152.4 crore for Q2FY27, up 53.6% year on year. Revenue from operations rose 35.2% over the same period.

Bharat Electronics reported a 27% year-on-year increase in revenue to ₹7,328 crore for the quarter. The company reiterated its guidance of 15–20% revenue growth for the full year.

Indus Infra Trust reported a 251.8% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations to ₹4.34 billion for Q2FY27. The trust declared a distribution of ₹3.55 per unit for the quarter.

Net profit fell 22% due to exceptional items in the prior year. Financial services revenue rose 21%. Travel revenue declined 6%.

Net profit rose 23.8% to ₹173 crore. Revenue increased 14.9%. The company declared an interim dividend of ₹1 per share.
