  1. According to the rules of the 5th Anniversary event, there is a limited quantity of BTC available for redemption. During the event, we received feedback about the high redemption threshold for the BTC reward. Therefore, after internal discussions, we decided to lower the redemption threshold for the BTC reward from 500 million coins to 200 million coins.
  2. Unfortunately, due to the lowered threshold, the BTC rewards were rapidly redeemed, resulting in some users failing to redeem the BTC reward. We understand that this caused confusion among some users, leading them to believe that the rewards had been removed. However, the BingX team has also clarified in our event announcement that "The gold coins collected can be used to redeem Bonus, Trial Fund, Rebate Voucher, USDT, BTC, etc. Limited rewards available. Get yours before they're all gone!"

To show our appreciation for your longstanding trust and support, we have decided to issue additional gold coin airdrops as a benefit to all users who participated in the 5th Anniversary event. The details of the airdrop benefits are as follows:

1. Users who accumulated a minimum of 150 million coins but were unable to redeem BTC as of 2023-06-17 10:00 (UTC+8) will receive the following benefits:
· Gold coin airdrops will be issued to these users to ensure their gold coin balance reaches 200 million, and the redemption of BTC rewards will be reopened for them.

2. Users who accumulated less than 150 million coins as of 2023-06-17 10:00 (UTC+8), will receive the following benefits:
