3. How to complete the KYC verification

Step 1: Log in to your BingX account, and click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the BingX official website. Next, click "Identity Verification".

Step 2: Read and tick the box "I confirm that I have read the Privacy Notice of KYC verification". Then, click "Next" to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Select the issuing country and your document type. Upload a photo of the required identity document that meets the requirements, and submit a photo of yourself holding the document. Please make sure that the information in the handheld document is the same as the information in the uploaded document.

App

Step 1: Log in to your BingX account, and click on the avatar icon in the top left corner of the BingX App. Next, click "Verification".

Step 2: You only need to take photos of your identity document and a selfie to complete the KYC verification. Click "Continue".

Step 3: Select the issuing country and your document type. Authorize BingX the camera access to your phone, then take a photo of your document and submit a selfie with you holding the document.

Notes:

The KYC application will take one working day to process if your submission is complete and accurate. If your application is denied, please check the error and resubmit your KYC verification, or contact our online support for more details.
