How to Check Delisting Information and Withdraw Assets

If your spot asset is scheduled to be suspended and delisted, you can follow the steps below to obtain information and take action:

  • Visit the Announcement Centre for the delisting announcements related to your assets.

  • Based on the announcement details, you can further confirm the asset status and withdrawal arrangements.

  • As a holder of affected assets, you will receive notices via email and inbox message.
  • After the official delisting, the asset will be marked as "Delisted" in your Fund Account/Spot Account.

 

3. Withdraw Remaining Assets

  • If withdrawals are open, please complete the withdrawal within the timeline stated in the announcement.
  • If withdrawals are suspended, pay attention to the reopening schedule and complete your withdrawal afterwards.

Spot Delisting Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How long is withdrawal available after a spot asset is delisted?

A: Usually, a three-month withdrawal period is provided after a spot asset is delisted. In special cases, the withdrawal window may be adjusted. Refer to the delisting announcement for details.

 

Q: Can I still trade the asset after it has been delisted?

A: Trading is no longer available after an asset is delisted. Please refer to the announcement for the exact time. The "Convert Crypto Dust into USDT" feature for delisted assets will also be permanently disabled.

 

Q: Will withdrawal be suspended for all chains of a multi-chain asset?

A: Usually, withdrawal will remain available on a popular chain. In specific cases, withdrawal may be available on multiple chains. Please refer to the withdrawal page for the latest info.

 

Q: Is my fund safe during the withdrawal suspension period?

A: During withdrawal suspension, your assets remain in your Spot Account or Fund Account and are 100% secure. During the suspension period, you can subscribe to notifications on the withdrawal page. Once withdrawals are enabled, please complete the withdrawal as soon as possible.

 

Q: Can I withdraw after the withdrawal deadline has passed?

A: After the withdrawal deadline (typically three months after official delisting), automatic withdrawals are no longer supported. Please act in advance. For special cases, please contact online customer service.
