Typically, your transfer will be completed within the expected timeframe. If the funds have not arrived after the expected time, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Q4: What should I be aware of before making a transfer?
- The name on your bank account must match the name on your BingX account.
- Do not use joint accounts for transfers. If you transfer using a joint account, the bank may reject the transfer because the account name does not match the real name of your BingX account.
- Be sure to include the correct reference code when initiating a deposit transaction.
