Recently, we received a notice from our card issuing partner, Paytend Europe UAB. According to the relevant decision of the Bank of Lithuania, the electronic money institution license (Licence No. 41) held by the institution has been revoked. Starting from 2026-03-03, Paytend Europe UAB is no longer authorized to provide electronic money issuance and related payment services.
As a result, card services applied for via the BingX platform and issued by Paytend Europe UAB are currently suspended. During this time, affected cards will not be able to make transactions or use payment functions.
We have promptly maintained close communication with the card issuer and relevant partners, and continue to monitor regulatory developments and subsequent arrangements. At the same time, we always prioritize the security of users' assets and rights protection, and will promptly update users once follow-up plans are clarified, including any potential fund handling and service recovery arrangements.
