A Token Voucher is a reward entitlement certificate issued by BingX. It represents a real token asset.

• Asset Redemption

  After meeting specific claim conditions, select a Token Voucher to redeem it. After successful redemption, the equivalent tokens will be issued to your Fund Account.

• Scope of Use

  Supports trading, withdrawals, and asset transfers.

• Validity Period

  Spot Token Vouchers have a validity period. Be sure to use them within it. Expired Token Vouchers will automatically become invalid and cannot be used.

II. How to Get Token Vouchers

The platform will distribute Token Vouchers through official events from time to time. Please stay tuned for platform updates.

Note: After receiving a Token Voucher, make sure your App is updated to v4.67.0 or later to activate, view, and redeem it.

III. How to Unlock Token Vouchers

There are two types of Token Vouchers:

• Vouchers without unlocking thresholds can be used directly.
• Vouchers with unlocking thresholds are initially in the "Unlock" state. The "Use" button appears after users meet the unlocking condition.

   Tap Redeem → The equivalent tokens will be transferred to your [Fund Account].

V. Validity Period and Expiration Conditions

1. Validity Period

   Token Vouchers have a validity period starting from issuance. Be sure to manually redeem them within the validity period. Token Vouchers not redeemed before expiration will automatically become invalid.

   Token Voucher validity periods may vary by event. Refer to the validity period displayed on the page.

2. Redeemed Tokens

   Successfully redeemed tokens are not subject to the Token Voucher validity period and are permanently valid.

3. When Token Vouchers Become Invalid

   Not redeemed within the validity period;
   The claim is invalid if the event conditions are not met.
