BingX will support the brand upgrade of PUBLISH (NEWS), and NEWS (ERC20) will be upgraded to NEWS (BASE). Details are as follows:

  • BingX will suspend and delist NEWS Spot trading and other related service on 2024-07-15 at 08:00 (UTC). All pending orders will be automatically canceled at the same time.
  • BingX will suspend deposits and withdrawals for NEWS on 2024-07-15 at 08:00 (UTC). Please ensure that you leave sufficient time for your NEWS deposits to be fully processed prior to this time.
  • BingX will provide the token swap service for NEWS token holders, and users will not need to convert their holdings manually.
    • Please note that NEWS tokens will not be available for trading, deposits or withdrawals during the token swap period.

Important Notes:

  • After the contract upgrade is completed, BingX will publish a separate announcement for the resumption time of NEWS (BASE) token Spot trading, deposits and withdrawals.
  • After the swap, BingX will no longer support depositing of NEWS via ERC20. Please avoid depositing via ERC20 after the swap to prevent loss of assets.
  • BingX will assist NEWS (ERC20) holders in handling any related technical issue that may arise during the swap.
