In order to provide better service to users, the rule of free handling fee for "Internal Transfer" will be adopted in BingX from 16:00 on March 19, 2021 (UTC+8).

Q : What is the internal transfer?

A : Internal transfer is the withdrawal of coins from one BingX account to another BingX account.

Q : Will there be a fee if a user uses the internal transfer function and fills in an address of another platform?

A : Yes. The free-of-charge rule for internal transfer only works with transfers between BingX accounts. If you fill in an address of another platform, a handling fee will be charged, and the actual amount shall prevail.

Q : Will I be charged if I withdraw coins between BingX accounts without using the "Internal Transfer" feature?

A : No. When you withdraw coins from your BingX account to the address of another BingX account, though you use the "Normal Withdrawal" function, the handling fee displayed on the withdrawal page will be waived by the system automatically. Thus, the actual situation is not to charge a handling fee.
