Win as much as you can and lose as little as possible. If the position is nice I will open 2 trades at the same time. Trade what is happening, not what you think should happen. I don't usually open trades, just when I feel confident. Market comments will be posted on my feed, there are many sources of copies, but it will be very useful to you.
