I. What Is the Discord Group Management Bot?
To help you run your Discord community more efficiently, BingX has launched a dedicated management bot — BingX Bot, designed specifically for Discord. It automates routine administrative tasks such as member verification and role assignment, allowing you to focus on community engagement and significantly improve efficiency.
Key Features:
🔐 Automated Member Verification
When new members join your Discord server, BingX Bot will guide them to submit their BingX UID, and automatically verify whether that UID is associated with your invitation. Only verified users can officially become members of your community, effectively preventing fake registrations and spam accounts.
⚙️ Refined Role Management
You can easily create and manage multiple custom roles, and set unlock conditions for each role based on users’ BingX net assets, total deposits, or trading volume. The bot allows you to instantly create, update, or remove these role conditions as needed.
🔄 Dynamic Role Synchronization
BingX Bot continuously monitors members’ data on the BingX platform. Once a member meets or no longer satisfies a role condition, the system will automatically adjust their role permissions, ensuring that channel permissions always reflect users’ real-time trading status.
📊 All-in-One Information Query
Get a quick overview of any member's status directly from Discord. Use simple commands to check their assigned roles, asset overview, deposit amount, and trading volume, helping you keep a pulse on your community.

- Scheduled daily check: The system performs a full scan of all member data every hour (at :00), granting roles to those who qualify.
Examples of how role assignment works
Level 1 Role: Direct referee & 7-day total deposit ≥ 10,000 USDT Level 2 Role: Direct referee & 7-day total deposit ≥ 20,000 USDTProcess
Member A (your direct referee) joins the server with a 7-day deposit of 18,000 USDT, and immediately receives the Level 1 role. On 2025-11-04 12:00, A’s total deposit reaches 20,000 USDT. During the daily check at 13:00 on 2025-11-04 (UTC+8), A is upgraded to Level 2 role. At 09:00 on 2025-11-20, A’s total deposit falls to 12,000 USDT. During the check at 10:00 on 2025-11-20 (UTC+8), A loses the Level 2 role (but keeps Level 1, which A still qualifies for).
