Each BingX event has specific eligibility requirements. If you plan to participate in an event or have completed tasks but not received rewards, please review the conditions below first. In many cases, rewards are not issued because eligibility requirements were not met.

1. General eligibility requirements

The following conditions apply to most BingX events. Check them first:

• Go to Identity Verification to view your current KYC verification status.
• Click the profile icon and check whether the account has any feature restrictions.

2. Event-specific eligibility requirements

In addition to the general requirements, some events have specific participation thresholds. See each event page for details:

1. Trading competition events

• You must click Register on the event page to join. If you do not register, your trading data will not be counted.

• Some competitions require the Futures Account to have an initial net asset value of at least 20 USDT to register.

  Please note: The registration deadline is before the event end time. You must complete registration before the deadline. If you register after the deadline, your trading data from the event period will not be counted and completed trades will not be counted retroactively.

2. Task reward events

• You must complete the specified tasks during the event period. Actions after the event ends will not be counted.
• Task statistics update every 30 minutes. If the data has not changed more than 2 hours after you refresh the page, take a screenshot and contact customer support.
• Some tasks require manual claiming. The system will not distribute rewards automatically. How to claim: On the event page, click the "Claim Now" button next to the task, or go to My Vouchers > Pending Claim.

3. Referral events

• The following deposit methods do not count toward event statistics: internal transfers between BingX accounts, Crypto Gift deposits, and asset transfers within the platform.
• Common eligible deposit methods include on-chain deposit, P2P buy, and fiat deposit. See each event page for details.
• Some events require funds to be locked for a certain number of days. Confirm the lock-up instructions on the event page before participating.

4. Deposit events

• Some events only count specified methods, such as on-chain deposit, P2P buy, and fiat deposit. Internal transfers and Crypto Gift deposits usually do not count.
• Funds for deposit tasks may need to be locked for a certain number of days. See the event page for details.

5. Copy trading events

• You must have an active Copy Trading Account and a normal account status.
• Copy trading margin must meet the minimum amount specified on the event page.
• Some events are open only to new copiers participating in copy trading for the first time. Existing copy trading users are not eligible. See the event page for details.
• Copy trading earnings are based on actual realized earnings. Unrealized PnL in open positions is not included.

3. Reward overlap rules

To ensure fair participation, note the following rules:

• During the event, each task a user completes, such as trading, deposits, or referrals, counts only once.
• If you meet reward conditions for multiple events, the system will automatically grant the single highest reward. You cannot choose a different reward. Rewards will not be issued repeatedly.
• For rewards of the same type, only the highest reward will be granted. Rewards are not combined.

4. Important reminders

• If your account has functional restrictions, or your region is outside the event promotion area, you cannot participate in related event tasks or the Rewards Hub check-in. If you have questions, contact the online support team to confirm your account status.
• Progress data displayed on the event page is for reference only. Final reward distribution is subject to review and verification by the BingX risk control and data team. If the distribution differs from your expectations, see: FAQ | Why were my event rewards canceled or revoked?
• BingX reserves the right to final interpretation of the event rules. If the rules change, the latest version on the event page prevails. Review the event details again before participating.
