1. When will the trader's profit share be credited?
Standard Futures: Settlements occur daily at 24:00 (UTC+8), with funds being credited between 24:00 (UTC+8) and 01:00 (UTC+8) the following day.

Perpetual Futures: Settles every Sunday at 24:00 (UTC+8), credited between 24:00 (UTC+8) and 01:00 (UTC+8) the following Monday.

Spot Trades: Settles every Sunday at 24:00(UTC+8), credited between 24:00 (UTC+8) and 01:00 (UTC+8) the following Monday. (Note: Only orders that are 100% closed are counted, including copier-initiated sells.)

 

2. When does the data on my profile page start counting from? And update frequency?
For Standard Futures and Perpetual Futures traders, statistics include all data before becoming a copy trading trader. The trader's homepage data is updated every 15 minutes.

 

3. Why is there a sudden significant change to my ROI?

The ROI (Return on Investment) calculation uses a time-weighted ROI method. The ROI can vary due to changes in unrealized PnL of positions.

Take the 30D ROI as an example:
Last 30D ROI
= (1+ROI of week 1)*(1+ROI of week 2)...*(1+ROI of week n) - 1.
 
Weekly ROI = (net equity at the end of the week + withdrawals for the week) / (net equity at the beginning of the week + deposits for the week)
Since the calculation method for the weekly ROI includes withdrawals and deposits, significant deposits or withdrawals by traders can affect the calculation of the weekly ROI, resulting in changes in the trader's ROI when no trading activities have occurred.
 
4. Why can't I adjust margin or set partial TP/SL for Standard Futures?
This is to ensure the accuracy of the "Win Ratio" data indicator. Therefore, the platform currently does not support margin adjustments or partial TP/SL functions for Standard Futures Copy Trading.
 
5. How should the Risk be interpreted?
The Risk score, ranging from 1-9, is an evaluation of a trader's trading risk based on the volatility of daily PnL over the past 30 days. Higher scores indicate higher risk levels.
 
6. How to understand the maximum drawdown?
1. Tracks the largest loss percentage in a trader's account net value from its highest point to its lowest point over the period.
2. The initial relative net value is set to 1 for the period. The current relative net asset value (NAV) = previous relative net asset value (NAV) * (1 + period PnL / previous net asset value (NAV)), excluding deposit/withdrawal impact. 
 
7. What is the Copy Trading Group limit?
In Standard Futures Copy Trading, when the total trading volume of a trader's Copy Trading Group exceeds the limit, the system will proportionally reduce the copiers' margin.
 
The group consists of all copiers from one single trader.
Copy Trading Group’s Margin = the sum of the margin of all copiers' orders.
Copy Trading Group's Trading Volume = the sum of the trading volume of all copiers' orders.
Example:
 
If Carlos places an order for BTC/USDT with Alan and Bob (copiers) copying the same BTC/USDT order, the maximum trading volume for futures is 100,000,000 USDT. When the total trading volume of the two exceeds 100,000,000 USDT (as the Trading Volume Limit table below), the final margin of their copied orders will be reduced proportionally.
 
If Carlos continuously places BTC/USDT orders with Alan and Bob copying at the same time, the total trading volume of the first order is 60,000,000 USDT. The second order's volume is 70,000,000 USDT. As 60,000,000 + 70,000,000＞ 100,000,000, the second order's margin will be reduced proportionally, i.e., (30,000,000/70,000,000) * margin. The trader's orders after the second order will not be copied as the trading volume limit of his/her copy trading group has been exceeded.
