BREAKING: NYSE teams up with Securitize to develop a tokenized securities platform

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has partnered with Securitize to build a dedicated platform for tokenized securities. Under the plan, Securitize is expected to serve as the first digital transfer agent on the new infrastructure. Securitize's broker-dealer will also connect directly to the NYSE platform, creating an end-to-end tokenization setup spanning issuance through settlement within global capital markets.
