Crypto market sees $459M in liquidations over 24 hours; long positions account for $397M

ChainCatcher cited Coinglass data showing total liquidations across the crypto market reached $459 million in the past 24 hours. Long liquidations totaled $397 million, while shorts were liquidated for $62.48 million. By asset, Bitcoin saw $173 million in long liquidations and $16.18 million in shorts; Ethereum recorded $103 million in long liquidations and $18.54 million in shorts. In total, 120,878 users were liquidated globally over the period. The largest single liquidation was $6.34 million on Hyperliquid (XYZ:SP500USD).
