Data: U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs pull in $2.5B over the past month; $IBIT ranks in top 2% of ETFs by YTD flows
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted $2.5 billion of net inflows over the past month, with $IBIT already sitting in the top 2% of all ETFs by year-to-date flows. The steady demand comes even as Bitcoin is down about 40% over the past six months and sentiment in much of the media has turned negative—an investor behavior pattern rarely seen in traditional-asset ETFs. For comparison, when gold slid about 40% roughly a decade ago, around one-third of investors pulled out.
