Strategy sets sights on 1M BTC by end-2026, plans up to $42B capital raise

Michael Saylor's Strategy (@MicroStrategy) outlined an aggressive plan to expand its Bitcoin ($BTC) holdings, targeting 1 million BTC by the end of 2026. The company said it aims to raise as much as $42 billion, split between equity and preferred stock issuance. Strategy recently added more than 1,000 BTC, spending about $76.5 million. Total Bitcoin holdings now stand at 762,099 BTC, valued at nearly $57.7 billion.
