Sweden's H100 targets 3,501 BTC in Bitcoin treasury after planned acquisition

H100 Group AB said it has signed a letter of intent for a strategic acquisition with the shareholders of Norway's Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS. The Sweden-listed Bitcoin treasury firm expects its Bitcoin holdings to rise from 1,051 BTC to about 3,501 BTC once the deal is completed.
