Even with more than $240 million in liquidations, attention has shifted toward Bitcoin-focused infrastructure plays, including Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER), which says its presale has topped $32 million.

Bitcoin's weekly close on Sunday stayed below the 200-week EMA, a setup several traders said could extend downside in the weeks or months ahead. BTC/USD later traded near $71,190 after an intraday low of $67,300, while multiple analyses cited sub-$60K risk and a bear-flag target around $46,600.

BlackRock opened the week of March 23 with more than $77 million in net withdrawals across its two spot crypto ETFs. On Monday, iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) posted a 658 BTC outflow (about $46 million), while iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHE) recorded a 14,802 ETH outflow worth roughly $31.74 million.

Aave DAO has approved an Aave Request for Comment (ARFC) snapshot vote to kick off community discussion on deploying Aave V4 to Ethereum mainnet, with a rollout expected this year. XRP held a narrow range last week and rose nearly 4% over the week as retail participation increased across the network. Wallet distribution data show about 5.66 million addresses hold under 100 XRP, around 2.01 million hold 100–100,000 XRP, and roughly 32,054 hold more than 100,000 XRP. Resolv paused its protocol after a private key compromise let an attacker mint about $80M in uncollateralized USR, sparking a sharp depeg. Fidelity Investments submitted a letter on March 20, 2026 urging the SEC to create a framework that allows broker-dealers to offer, custody, and trade crypto assets on Alternative Trading Systems. The firm also called for clearer standards for tokenized securities, updated reporting rules for DeFi, and guidance on using distributed ledger technology for recordkeeping without being labeled a "clearing agency."
