Luda Technology signed a supply agreement for pipeline fittings for the first phase of the Yulong Island Refining and Chemical Integration Project with Shandong Yulong Petrochemical Company, Limited, with the contract valued at about 1.6 billion yuan ($240 million). The order provides clear near-term revenue support for the company. The deal helped lift Luda Technology’s stock 9.34% in a single session to $4.50.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd reported a 930% year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit to ₹483 crore for the first quarter of FY2025. Revenue rose 23% to ₹4,018 crore, while EBITDA climbed 39% to ₹805 crore and the EBITDA margin improved to 20%. The company said India and North America were the main growth drivers. The stock closed up 2.17% on the BSE.

Canada’s federal government has approved the Crawford nickel-cobalt project in northern Ontario, an open-pit mine designed to process nearly 90 million tonnes of ore per year over an expected 41-year lifespan. The project is expected to attract C$5 billion in investment, create 5,000 jobs during construction and 1,300 jobs once fully operating. It is projected to add C$70 billion to Canada’s GDP over the mine’s life.
