Shri Keshav Cements reported a net loss of ₹517.30 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, even as total income from operations rose 16% year on year to ₹4,799.18 lakh. In the same quarter a year earlier, the company had posted a net profit of ₹309.42 lakh. Total expenses jumped 36%, largely reflecting higher finance costs and other unallocable expenses. The cement business, which contributed 87% of revenue, swung from a profit of ₹497.34 lakh to a loss of ₹113.87 lakh, while basic earnings per share were (₹2.95).

SpaceX shares drop 3% to $137.52 after closing $60 billion Cursor acquisition
SpaceX shares fell 3% to $137.52 in early Friday trading after the company completed its $60 billion acquisition of Cursor. The deal added roughly 29.1 million restricted stock units and 44.4 million Cursor stock options to SpaceX’s equity structure. OCC grants World Liberty Trust conditional national trust bank charter to bring USD1 under federal oversight
The U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has issued World Liberty Trust Company a preliminary conditional trust charter, allowing it to operate as a national trust bank and placing the issuance, custody and reserve management of the USD1 stablecoin under federal supervision. USD1 has a market capitalization of roughly $4 billion and ranks as the fourth-largest stablecoin by market value, according to CoinGape. The charter process has also drawn conflict-of-interest scrutiny.
