Ethereum staking share reaches 34% high, with roughly 41.4 million ETH locked
Ethereum’s staked share hit a record 34% this week, with roughly 41.4 million ETH locked up, up from about 29% at the start of the year. More than 1.4 million ETH was added to staking contracts over the past week, marking a clear acceleration. The 7-day staking APR has slipped to 2.66% from above 5% in 2023, a drop of nearly 47% over three years. CoinGecko and Token Terminal data also show Bitmine Immersion Technologies has staked more than 3.1 million ETH, with estimated annualized revenue of $184 million.

Bitwise teams with Superstate to explore tokenizing shares of its Solana staking ETF BSOL
Bitwise Asset Management said it is partnering with Superstate to explore tokenizing shares of its Bitwise Solana Staking ETF (BSOL), which would let investors hold ETF shares in blockchain-registered form for the first time. BSOL is an exchange-listed Solana staking ETF, and the plan would offer shareholders a choice between traditional custody and tokenized share registration. ETF analyst Nate Geraci wrote on X on August 14, 2026 that more asset managers could follow with similar tokenization announcements in the coming months.

Solar Industries Q1 profit jumps 93% to Rs 653 crore; Nuvama raises target price to Rs 23,435
Solar Industries reported a 93% year-on-year rise in Q1 net profit to Rs 653 crore, beating the Bloomberg Consensus estimate of Rs 519 crore. Revenue increased 71% to Rs 3,670 crore, ahead of the Rs 2,995 crore estimate. EBITDA climbed 82% to Rs 1,024 crore and margin widened 290 basis points to 27.7%, pointing to stronger operating leverage across segments. After the results, Nuvama lifted its target price to Rs 23,435 from Rs 20,000, implying over 15% upside, and kept a buy rating.

Private equity firm Carlyle was set to sell a 6% stake in Piramal Pharma via a ₹1,750 crore block deal, but the transaction is likely to have been cancelled. The stock fell about 3% after the update. As of the end of the June quarter, promoter entities held 34.8% while public shareholding stood at 64.72%. Piramal Pharma reported first-quarter revenue up 17.4% to ₹2,269.9 crore and EBITDA up 82.9% to ₹195.2 crore, lifting margin to 8.6% from 5.5%.
