Chainlink whale transactions reach a 5-month high as LINK breaks multi-month downtrend
Chainlink (LINK) logged 246 whale transactions above $100,000 in the past 24 hours, the highest daily count in five months. Addresses holding between 100,000 and 10,000,000 LINK control 46.57% of total supply, as accumulation accelerates, according to Santiment. LINK has also broken a multi-month downtrend, with traders watching resistance at $10.87 and then the prior yearly high around $12.20.

Dexus Industria REIT beats FY26 FFO guidance at 17.6 cents per security as buyback target lifts to 5%
An ASX-listed property trust reported FY26 funds from operations of 17.6 cents per security, topping its guidance of 17.4 cents, while distributions were 16.6 cents per security in line with expectations. Net profit fell to $74.4 million from $84.2 million a year earlier, mainly due to lower property valuation gains. Portfolio income rose 5.3% with occupancy at 98.8% and releasing spreads of 21.4%, and the trust said its buyback program has progressed with the target increased from 2.5% to 5%.

Novorossiysk port halts grain exports after Ukrainian drone strikes damage three major terminals
Grain exports from Russia’s Black Sea port of Novorossiysk have been suspended after three major terminals were heavily damaged in a Ukrainian drone attack. A loading gallery at United Grain Co.’s Novorossiysk Grain Plant collapsed and several silos were damaged, while Demetra’s terminal also saw damage to its loading gallery and truck unloading facility, people familiar with the matter said. The KSK terminal was also hit. The disruption during the harvest season has raised supply concerns, helping Chicago wheat futures surge as much as 4% for the biggest intraday gain in three weeks.

Outlook Therapeutics prices $55.0 million stock-and-warrant offering at $0.99 per share
Outlook Therapeutics said it priced a public offering at $0.99 per share of common stock along with warrants, with the warrants exercisable at $1.10 per share immediately and expiring in five years. The company expects gross proceeds of about $55.0 million, with net proceeds intended for general corporate purposes and to support regulatory approvals for its wet AMD treatment with the FDA, in the EU and with the UK’s MHRA. The underwriters were also granted an option to buy additional securities.

Asian stocks climb after softer US core CPI; Kospi jumps 4.48%
US core CPI rose 0.2% month on month and 2.5% year on year, its slowest annual pace since March 2021, tempering expectations for further Federal Reserve rate hikes. Asian markets broadly advanced on Aug. 12, with the MSCI Asia Pacific Index up 0.6%. South Korea’s KOSPI surged 4.48% to lead the region, while Japan’s Nikkei 225 gained 1.83% and the Topix rose 1.01%. Ford to expand U.S. Lincoln production from 2030, phase out China imports
Ford said it will begin producing Lincoln vehicles in the United States from 2030 and gradually stop importing the brand’s models from China. The company put its total tariff-related gross costs in 2025 at about $3 billion, with an approximately $2 billion hit to earnings before interest and taxes. Ford also said it assembled more than 2 million vehicles in the U.S. that year and employs about 56,300 hourly manufacturing workers.
