A hacker took over Robinhood co-founder Vlad Tenev’s X account and spent about 40 minutes promoting a fake $VLAD memecoin as the token for Robinhood Chain, triggering a rush of buying that briefly pushed its market cap to nearly $10M. On-chain analysts estimate the attacker profited by dumping 650–690 ETH, worth about $1.2M–$1.3M. Robinhood has not confirmed the amount. The incident occurred as Robinhood Chain surpassed $700M in assets and reached 300,000 daily users.

The Morgan Stanley Ethereum Trust has received an effectiveness filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), marking a key step forward in the ETF registration process. The trust is designed to provide eligible institutional investors with compliant, regulated exposure to Ethereum. It is seen as an important milestone in major financial institutions’ push for spot Ethereum products following spot Bitcoin ETFs. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved Morgan Stanley’s spot Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) ETFs to list and begin trading on NYSE Arca. The move follows the approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs and marks the first time U.S. regulators have cleared spot ETFs tied to major cryptoassets other than Bitcoin. As of July 2026, its official Twitter account has stopped posting, the team is reportedly unreachable, and the token has yet to launch, leaving participants with out-of-pocket costs. One participant estimated their combined BNB and gas expenses at about 20U. There has been no refund, compensation, or official response.

A business said it will inject a batch of $ansem tokens into KOL @blknoiz06’s vault to tap his community reach and ability to mobilize capital.
