OKX and ICE plan US broker-dealer venture to offer ICE futures and NYSE tokenized equities
OKX and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the owner of the New York Stock Exchange, said they are forming a joint venture led by former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to connect traditional and digital markets. Subject to regulatory approval, the project is expected to operate as a U.S.-registered broker-dealer and futures commission merchant, enabling OKX's 120 million users to access ICE futures and NYSE tokenized equities.
