Corporate Bitcoin holders are taking different paths as market pressure persists: Strategy kept its large BTC position unchanged, while Nakamoto Holdings sold Bitcoin at a loss and reduced exposure. Soluna Holdings said Thursday it completed a $53 million acquisition of the Briscoe Wind Farm in Briscoe County, Texas, to supply power for its planned Project Dorothy 3 AI data center campus. The company said the site can reach up to 300 MW of capacity and projected annualized revenue of $20 million to $24.4 million. Soluna shares rose about 7.6% after the announcement, trading around $0.76 at the time of writing.

S&P 500 e-mini futures and Nasdaq 100 futures fell in overnight trading after President Trump's 9 PM ET Wednesday address on Iran did not deliver the ceasefire signal markets had expected. Futures dropped as much as 1.3% for the S&P 500 and 1.6% for the Nasdaq, while Brent crude rebounded about 4.8% to near $106 a barrel as investors rotated toward traditional havens.
